**At this time, our junior volunteer (14-18 years of age) program is full.  You may send in your application and be placed on a wait list.  We will contact you for the next orientation when spots re-open.  Due to insurance restrictions, we cannot accept volunteers under the age of 14.  Thank you!

WE HAVE A  NEED FOR HELP WITH CATS - Caregiving and Adoption Counseling -  AT PETSMART!

 

 

Our volunteer program includes the following requirements:

 

• We ask that volunteers donate at least two (2) hours of their time per month in order to remain active in the program.
  
• You must be at least 14 years old to volunteer for Friends for Life.  Children 14-17 must have parental approval.  For more questions regarding our junior volunteer program, please email:  jrvolunteers@azfriends.org
• Some positions will require multiple training sessions.

Have a need to complete a small number of volunteer hours (less than 20)?  Have a class that needs to do a service learning project?   Orientation and training can take some time, so please consider doing a fund raiser for the shelter! !
