Lost or Found

If you have lost an animal, or have an animal that needs a home, please check out the resources below. As we do not euthanize to make space for animals, we are a limited intake shelter.

Please note that abandoning an animal, even at a shelter, is not only cruel, it is against the law.  As a limited intake shelter, animals abandoned at our shelter will have to be turned into Maricopa Animal Care and Control and trespassers will be prosecuted.  Before you abandon, give away, or turn in your pet to a facility, please  visit http://pets.maricopa.gov for information on dealing with common problems encountered by animal owners.  You may also wish to download our services brochure listed below with a listing of local animal care agencies.
